Everything! Beautiful, comfortable hotel and gardens..Perfect location to explore the local area. Very warm welcome, staff attentive and friendly. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of cut meats, cheeses, smoked salmon, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon. Also a selection of homemade cakes, pastries, yogurts, friut etc. Highly recommend.

Real Tuscany! Beautiful house, very stylish and yet you can live in it normally. Stefania is a wonderful host, she really knows how to recommend great places without the crowds of tourists. The best breakfast we have ever had. Beautiful garden, very close to all destinations such as Pitigliano, Sovana. Try the natural spa in Saturnia.

The staff were very, very accommodating. They replaced our hair dryer, cafe at night, directions and reservations. The grounds were very well maintained. The maze is short but fun. Sovana is a quaint and quiet town that is the perfect size to walk with Gelato. The breakfast was exceptional, best of our stay in Italy.

This little hotel is super cute and very clean. The hosts are lovely and welcoming. We tried the pizza and were not disappointed- it was delicious! Breakfast was great. Plenty of cake so we saved some for snacks. I cannot fault it.
