Set in Sovramonte, Casa Montana offers accommodations with a balcony and free WiFi. The holiday home features city views and is 25 mi from Alleghe. This home within the mountains of bellunesi mountains was a very pleasant surprise. We came here from Trentino alto-Adige (Ortisei) and it was a 3 hour drive, we didn’t expect that there would be traffic along the mountain sides but the owner patiently waited for us when we arrived there at past 8 in the evening.. the house has everything that you would need from the kitchen to linens for your bedding so and your toiletries.. We initially thought that there were no towels included but apparently they forgot to place it but since we were staying there for only 2 nights we didn’t ask for it anymore (luckily we brought one with us), but I assume that normally there would be towels included too 🙂 the families owners also helped us a lot, recommending us to go places in the vicinity for our very short visit, assisting us with buying stuff from their local small supermarket, and even giving us a welcome homemade jam ❤️ we can’t wait to go back and explore the rest of the mountains there! Thanks so much for the warm hospitality!

Located in Sovramonte, Albergo Diffuso Faller has an à-la-carte restaurant, a terrace and free bikes. Everything! Everyone was so nice and helpful, Guido, the staff at the Pom Prussian, and the apple products seller in Ramen. Even villagers were nice and friendly. It was a unique experience staying in an alpine village of 120 inhabitants. Very cute and quaint village. The restaurant, Pom Prussian, specializes in local cuisine, and everything we had was delicious. They also have kids toys and a couch, which was a bonus for our toddler. They are very helpful and friendly. There are many great walks with stunning vistas. We walked to the very nearby town of Ramen and bought all sorts of apple products at an agritourismo. Delicious apple juice! Faller has a nice church and some pretty frescoes on building walls. Guido, our contact, lent us snowshoes, and sent us with driving instructions to a nearby ski area. We sledded and snowshoed to our heart's content. Belluno and Feltre are close. On Saturday we explored Belluno, went to the Saturday market, had a delicious lunch, and explored. Another great city for tourists. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable! There is a bonus upstairs with a loveseat and a twin bed, so technically it can fit 5 people. We had a wonderful and memorable trip and would consider returning. Definitely recommend it! 5 stars!
