Location is excellent. Out of town, with views overlooking the valley, but only 10 mins walk (partially via a park if you wish) to the town. Also very close to the bus station. Staff are fantastic. Friendly and informative. Lots of info given on trails, walks, transport etc.. Comfort and quiet are paramount. Lounge area is super stylish with the right type and right volume of low level music for some atmosphere...

I came for work many years ago with my son when he was little and he asked me for years to go back because not only the hotel is a gorgeous little cozy place, but there is a SPA at the last floor. So I arranged a surprise for him on his 16th birthday!!! We enjoyed our stay immensely and the staff was great!

The staff is incredibly nice. The rooms were renovated and are very modern and comfortable. Dinner is a must do there. The food is absolutely delicious with 4 plates per person for a great price. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Cristal in Obereggen. This hotel is a true gem, perfectly situated high in the mountains. The rooms are of the highest quality—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is there, and the comfort is exceptional. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food is the absolute highlight. The cuisine is of a very high standard, with every meal being a delicious experience. The chef is truly a master. We would highly recommend Hotel Cristal to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.
