Such a wonderful place and the whole experience! Every smallest detail is so well thought, the hotel is so clean, new, cozy, and stylish. We had a huge room with great facilities and amazing shower. Breakfast was delicious with many healthy choices, as well as afternoon snacks, ski room so clean and spacious, bus stop just in front of the hotel. Alessandra and the whole staff made our stay just perfect! Thank you so much :)

Spatious rooms, bathrooms as well as the wellness area. There is a dry sauna, a turkish bath, jacuzzi and a relaxation room open 4,5h daily, no reservation needed and never overcrowded even at a peak hour. All perfectly clean. Rich breakfast. Very nice staff remembering your names and needs from minute one on, they feel like your friends. Big ski room with your own locker. Location all right for snowboarders as we did not mind an 8-min walk to the nearest ski lift (there is a shortcut). City centre 15mins walking away. This is a nice part of Livigno with beautiful views and we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.

The staff is very attentive to our needs and requests. the rooms are warm and the beds are comfortable. Although there are many families with children staying, it is quiet in the hotel. My favourite hotel on our motorcycle tour. I cannot think of a hotel - anywhere - that we have been so warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team we met was so nice and friendly - it was superb. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the cleaning team are always to be seen taking care of the building. Its in a great position - close enough to the centre of Livigno action - but far enough away for a quiet nights sleep. I'd paid up for a superior room and we had a lovely balcony and a large, spacious and very comfortable room with a good sized and equipped bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet at night and we got a good nights sleep both nights of our stay. (although on visiting livigno you might want to do some star-gazing in the small hours as there is so little light pollution in the region it is spectacular!) We actually took a bit of chance on "half-board" which i don't normally do, but it was very good value being offered - the food was SUPERB - a great choice on the menu and we were very happy that we chose to take this. And again, we were looked after by lovely staff in the restaurant for both our evening meals and the great breakfast on offer. Finally - as a motorcycle traveller, i was able to get a space in their underground car park which was easy to access and i was happy to leave my bike there. I really cannot rate this hotel highly enough and I am looking forward to returning soon.
