We are pleased to say, that was a wonderful experience in the Hotel! The place was beautiful and gardens were fantastic!! The staff was friendly and the waitress Laura is one of the best we ever had!! The quality of the food was excellent and we bought olive oil and wine back home. We will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone that wants to visit Lago Maggiore!!

Fantastic location (hidden gem) overlooking the local lake, had evening meal on restaurant terrace lakeside food/service was outstanding, reception staff fantastic/welcoming (good English) excellent quality and value. Worth noting Mergozzo is slightly away from lake Maggiore but quieter more intimate and much better value. Mergozzo is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days, also good for enjoyable overnight if travelling via Simplon pass, will stay again.

The hotel is right by the lake and has a beautiful view. We ended up staying in 2 different rooms because we stayed an extra night. We had a triple room and a lake view room. They were both really lovely and very reasonably priced for the location. The staff were really helpful moving our luggage from one room to the other. I can absolutely recommend the hotel. It doesn’t have parking, but there is plenty of parking nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel, which was again very reasonably priced.

It was fantastic. Such a beautiful old house with such amazing looking Style inside. On point. We were so happy. Lake Lago Maggiore 10 Meters away! You dont find that Style in Germany! Italian way of live. That was reason to go to italy again. To the left of Hotel some nice Restaurants. Little balkoni. So nice to drink Glas of wine.. We will come back ! Heiner Kuhlmann
