The staff is extremely nice and attentive, the building is beautiful and the views are great. The garden is very well maintained, and therefore adding a lot to the beautiful experience. They were very helpful with the baby, the restaurant on the site was super flexible in facilitating us while the baby was asleep in the room (and woke up at halfway past the dinner). Btw everyone there seems to love babies.

Amazing location, right at the Orta Lake! Fantastic dinner, breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel. Top quality service!! The owner was always present and very-very service-orientated and generous with the guests. This will be certainly our regular place from now on. Beautiful combination of mountains, palm trees, lake and fantastic Italian cuisine!! Fantastic for apero, as well.
