Superb family hotel, calm, quiet and good for relax.

Amiable host! The location is superior - that small town has 2 fantastic beaches — only 20 minutes by foot or 5 mins by car. There is all the infrastructure you might need during the holiday: a few shops and an amazing pizzeria are just 5-10 minutes away from the property. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. It also has beautiful decor.

Lovely semi rural picturesque setting. 5 minute walk to beach. Patio to enjoy evening drink and stargaze. Onsite parking. Rooms cleaned every day. Excellent buffet breakfast. Big swimming pool. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Very well planned resort for relaxation. Lots of space to enjoy with family and kids. Sufficient sunbeds. Special shout out to the polite reception staff Alexandra and Camila for organizing our taxi’s and accommodating our requests. Smiling and attentive staff at the restaurants.

We love the Resort, everything was just great. We highly reccomend it. From delicious and diverse food, every day, to very friendly staff. All the staff, including waiters, animation crew, cleaning ladies, reception, technicians, all of them are responsible for making us feel welcome and like at our own country. So many hardworking people in one place, fascinating! Spanish-Mexican style houses, very very nice with lots of greenery.

The Staff was warm and welcoming from the start of our stay to the end - such as being dropped off in a buggy with our bags. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience charming such as the live music and the beautiful pristine hotel interior. The daily food selection was varied and delicious something for everybody there was a sheer variety of Sardinian dishes. Lastly the proximity to amenities such as the pool and the beach was major advantage to this hotel. Overall we had a very memorable stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay. The location was good, the breakfast was tasty, the rooms were clean, and there was a great restaurant right next to my room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I sincerely recommend this place.

The staff was so kind and helpful. They borrowed umbrella for our beach day and packed a breakfast for us to go when we had to leave early for a boat trip. They also served the best hugo spritzs that we have ever drank by the pool. The room was super tidy and there was good airconditioning. Pool area was perfect and calm. Breakfast included great gluten free options and overall was vary tasty. Everything was simply perfect and I could recommend this small lovely boutique hotel for everyone!!

clean accommodation and nice breakfast, nice hotel grounds, only stayed the night passing through, but could easily stay a couple, had a nice dinner at the restaurant up the road also

We loved this place and already missed it, it felt like home. The views were stunning, the staff was so nice and helpful, the food was delicious and towels and bedding smelled sooo good!

Very friendly welcome, Good communication in English, very nice and spacious room with a very comfortable bed, very good breakfast (good selection including various fruit and a nice cappuchino), excellent service, parking directly in front of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Seada Beach Resort. What stood out most to us was the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The reception staff especially deserve an extra compliment. They were always ready to help and did so with a smile. The resort itself is a little dated in some areas, but this did not bother us at all, as everything else was so positive. The rooms were clean, the food was very good and well prepared, and we really had nothing to complain about. It is a lovely family-friendly hotel with a beautiful, large swimming pool. The location is wonderful, with the pool right next to the sea, giving you a real holiday feeling. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the sea directly in front of the hotel, as there are quite a lot of rocks. However, this is of course something completely separate from the accommodation itself. We look back on our stay very positively. Above all, the friendliness, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff made our stay special. We would definitely recommend Seada Beach Resort! ☀️🌊

The hotel is beautifully decorated with colour coordinating themes and some simple Sardinian items. Our room was well designed with a lovely bathroom and a nice little balcony. The room was well soundproofed and so there was no interruption from the road outside. Breakfast was fabulous with some fabulous cakes and pastries, made by the owners wife alongside pretty much everything you could hope for, apart from a full English! Our bed was very comfortable and the room offered terrific value. we ate at the restaurant that is attached - but not owned. The food was very good and was well priced. All in all, this hotel would be an excellent base for exploring the surrounding area.

Amazing territory, polite staff, parking, great breakfast
