Breathtaking location next to the lake Tenno, surrounded by mountains. Very comfortable and extremely clean rooms. The hosts are very hospitable and helpful. Oh, and the food at the restaurant was amazing!

The view was just outstanding, very welcoming and super nice staff, clean rooms, a nice private terrace!

The breakfast was sensational. Food was fresh and healthy. There were many choices including choices appealing to children that can be approved by parents. The fragrance of complimentary bathroom products which were also on sale.

A wonderful experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. They organized a lovely surprise for me and my friends for my bachelorette party. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well-kept, and the breakfast was delicious. We definitely recommend it!

Good hotel. Very tasty kitchen- breakfast and dinner. They have a offer for dinner it was 4steps menu. It was delicious! Good location,close to the city centre. In room is included the bicycle and this was very nice to ride around the town. Spa centre is nice.

Such a lovely place to stay! Everything was great and worked well, we really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again. Breakfast was good, room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and attentive. They did their best to respond to every request we had and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh food. We also really enjoyed the pool—the view was absolutely stunning, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and wonderful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely place, friendly staff, the food was tasty, also the parking is good and very close to the centre.

The breakfast was excellent, as was the location where it was served. I mentioned the problem to the owner, who was very understanding. Because of this, she also reduced the price of accommodation a little.

Peaceful and calm placebto Be accept some noista kids but these are everywhere. Lovely roof terrace. Pool would have been the best and it was actually was but I could't use it bc of my own reasons. Ä nice place to be ❣️

We have stayed in many hotels around the world, but only in a few have we experienced such hospitality. All the young people working at the reception were helpful, and any problem that arose was solved immediately. The restaurant staff also provided perfect assistance with everything. The rooms were clean, with daily cleaning provided – even though we did not request it. We also had a parking space, which I had asked for by email – and to my surprise, one had been reserved for me. The most wonderful thing, however, was the hotel’s swimming pool. We spent hours in it, and the sun loungers were comfortable as well. Breakfast was plentiful, and everyone could find something to their taste: pastries, fruits, cold cuts, jams, cakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, several types of coffee, tea, and milk – it was excellent. There was also a separate dinner menu (to be paid upon departure), with vegetarian, fish, and meat options, side dishes, salads, and desserts. In my opinion, this hotel deserves more than three stars.
