The hotel has a great location and is very well managed by the owners and hosts. They are also very helpful and supportive. The breakfast Is excellent. We also liked the walk into to the centre of Tramin for dinner or a wine tasting.

The friendly staff. The staff were available. The room was a single room and met my needs. They had a garage for my bike. Ideally located. They looked after my bags.

Well located, quiet and not far from lake Caldaro

It feels like home. All the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Andreja and Marvin. The bikes are a great bonus and Andreja is as always keen to help me to access activities and tours.

The location was absolutely beautiful, offering breathtaking views and a serene, peaceful atmosphere. All we could hear was the soothing chirping of birds, which made our stay even more special. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna in the afternoon upon request. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, and we loved the design and the attention to detail. It truly made our experience unforgettable! Definitely recommend!!

The hotel owners are quite experienced, very present during our whole stay providing a high quality service and went out of their way to make our new years stay unforgettable. The owners wife even offered to wash a small batch of laundry when I asked for washing machines near the hotel. Location is ideal to explore the Südtirol capital Bolzano, short 19 minute drive and also nearby Trento. Quite close to several winery's for tasting and buying like Cantina Tramin Kellerei. New Years Markets run until the end of first week of January where Vin di Brule / Glühwein is a must.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards with stunning views across the valley and mountains. It was the perfect base for exploring the South Tyrol wine region, and we loved being able to walk into the village while still enjoying such a peaceful setting. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. The pool and outdoor areas were also wonderful — the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. We were upgraded to the suite and could not have been happier with the stay.

We had a very pleasant 3-night stay at Hotel Plattenhof on half board. The food was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings!
