From the very first moment we arrived, we were absolutely impressed by the level of service, the genuine care, and the exceptional politeness of the staff. You immediately feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The design of the hotel is magnificent, with beautiful attention to aesthetics. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Everything feels thoughtfully curated. The owners and management truly stand out for their remarkable attention to detail — and it is precisely this dedication that made our stay so special and almost magical. The SPA deserves a special mention: several saunas overlooking the garden, a steam room, multiple pools, and a large outdoor jacuzzi create a truly relaxing and luxurious experience. As someone who spends more than 150 days per year in hotels, I can confidently say that this property offers an exceptionally high level of comfort and atmosphere. We sincerely wish the owners, management, and the entire team continued success, prosperity, and many grateful guests. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The views were fantastic and the townspeople were very friendly. It was convenient to Meran, Bozen and many other attractions in Südtirol and Trentino. The Prissianerhof afforded excellent foor, very pleasant service and reasonable prices.

The lovely host let us check in extremely late, met us with keys, let us keep the car in the checkin garage overnight, and was just exactly what we needed after a very long driving travel day. Room was gorgeous, lovely terrace, very hot shower, brilliant cooking and coffee in room facilities even a dishwasher. Very modern and very clean with a huge parking garage underneath the hotel. They really have thought of everything - one of the best mountain accommodations I have ever stayed in.
