Super hotel. They clearly care about hosting - the room was modern, clean and very well stocked. Breakfast was huge. When I said I needed to check out early they offered a takeaway breakfast. I’d stay here again in a flash. It felt like exceptional value.

The staff was very welcoming, gave us excellent recommendations and tips about the city. Anila and Ferdinando were exceptional. When I return to Tonale with the whole family we will definitely stay in Presena Hotel once again!

Very nice hotel, warm and comfortable. Nice room, not so big but fine. Enough storage for a wardrobe. Big bathroom, good shower. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Private parking. Very friendly staff.

Our Double Room was comfortable, big and clean. The reception is helpful and nice. The spa area offers comfortable niches to relax and is quite big. And there is a nice whirlpool in the pool area. The pool is quite spacious too.

The hotel is well situated in the village and only a few minutes walk to the slopes. The staff were very helpful and the rooms clean and well presented.

The staff was just perfect. Really good breakfast. Perfect location for skiing. Clean, big and comfortable rooms. Perfect to stay with small kids.

Lovely large room. Comfortable bed with nice linen and very good shower. Breakfast options were very good and replenished. Walking distance into town for restaurants. Parking on site. Quiet location. We would stay again.

Truly outstanding service. The staff anticipated and fulfilled all our needs, some typical, some not. We got all the information about local restaurants at check in, alongside with a rebate coupon for a few places. The breakfast was excellent - honey straight from the honeycomb is something to remember. The location is quiet, removed from the motorcycle-busy main road. It is a bit of a walk to the city, but we didn't mind.

Such wonderful friendly staff. So helpful and kind. The room was very comfortable and the hotel has a warm welcoming environment. What a treasure :)

We went in the summer, a perfect location, really nice cosy hotel, rich, amazing breakfast (we went cycling everyday and breakfast was rich enough to feed us for the rides), I really liked how the staff treated us - they were very warm, we joked and talked. also dinners were exceptional, every night two course meal and beside that we could go and take more food from the rich bar. I liked that we had our own table for breakfast and dinner. The staff helped us with finding the doctor and with other info. free parking next to the hotel, nice, calm atmosphere. also, the bike garage was handy so we could safely store our bicycles.

Great location. Owner was very helpful. Great food at the restaurant, every meal has a special local dish, not your ordinary steak and chips but very special and tasty. Very good value for money.

The property is not far from lift. It’s clear and comfortable for ski holidays.

Plentiful but might have liked a little more fresh fruit.
