Historic Friulian Capital
Quaint and provincial Udine is one of those typical Italian towns grown for centuries under the influences of different cultures. It is also the centre of the Friuli area, long celebrated for the quality of its produce, including the ‘San Daniele’ ham, ‘Friuli DOC’ wine, and ‘Montasio’ cheese.
