Great hotel with perfect service. We are very happy to find the hotel in such a calm place. But the center with restaurants is still close.

I am very happy with the accommodation. It is located only 15 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach La Cinta. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always willing to help. The bed linen is changed regularly, the toilets and room are cleaned every day and the towels are changed! Hygiene is excellent. Peace, the air conditioning works, everything is great! The best breakfast is everything you see on booking and more - fresh fruit every day, warm fresh croissants, coffee, juices, ham, cheese, excellent buffet. You can get free umbrellas to use at the hotel.

We stayed at tent, and it was super cozy and clean. Breakfast was good and there was many choices to choose. Staff was nice and friendly and everything went more than well. Highly recommend this!

Good breakfast, just need more vegetables

Very hospitable staff - allowed us to check in early, gave us a map of the area and explained everything, was super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with nice design, it seems to have been renovated recently because everything was new and fresh. Location super convenient, walking distance to both beach and centre. Parking available. Beds and pillows comfortable.

It is a simple town hotel, with cosy big rooms and bathroom, very clean, very good breakfast and lovely staff, who made my stay very nice and made me feel welcomed.

There is literally nothing I didn’t like. It was perfect. I’d like to mention particularly how wonderful their staff were. Truly made our stay even better. We’re already looking at dates to go back.

Amazing location, 25-minute drive from Olbia airport. The hotel is a 10-minute walk into San Teodoro with a wonderful private beach. Modern bedrooms that are cleaned daily. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location is very good right on the beach. The pool is nice with a lot of shades. The restaurant was very good and so was breakfast. We'll be happy to come back.

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

Hotel Sa Pedra is a perfect hotel to explore Olbia and that part of Sardegna. Rooms are realy nice, and breakfast was great. Since I have some food alergies they have a realy great choice for everyone. Great gluten free and vegetarian options.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful and so was the breakfast staff. The two Ilarias at the front desk were great. The room and the whole facility were very clean. Very good breakfast. The location to La Cinta beach is exceptional. The hotel has beach towels for a small fee and free umbrellas. The beach also has umbrellas and vey comfortable chairs to rent for the day. Good restaurant across the street from the hotel. Easy walk to the city center. Excellent value for the money!!!! We would strongly recommend!!!!

I stayed at this charming hotel during "season opening" in April. Upon my arrival, the owner allowed me to check in earlier and even upgraded me to a bigger room for free. I really liked the Sardinian vintage-decor, the balcony with a great view and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help me with any request (from restaurant recommendations to organising a taxi to the airport). Giacomo served me the best cappuccino in San Teodoro at his hotel bar and also recommended me an excellent beach bar nearby with delicious, affordable food and coffee. The location is perfect for everyone who wants to enjoy the stunning scenery of La Cinta, since it is only a 3-min. walk to the beach. The flamingo-lagoon, a horse-riding facility and a kite-surfing school are in walking distance.

Lovely small hotel, great facilities, nice breakfast area by a beautiful swimming pool. Handy location in San Teodoro not far from the beautiful La Cinta beach. Friendly staff and nice breakfast!

Lovely hotel with nice clean pool and outdoor seating area. Nice bar and buffet breakfast had a nice selection. Room had air con. We had a great balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. Very pleased! We visited for the Sun and Bass festival, but said we will definitely visit again for a normal holiday.
