First of all, the staff. Fantastic. Starting with the receptionist, restaurant staff and especially the chef, Tatiana. Room and toilet, very clean. The hotel has plenty of parking, a quiet area in the middle of the mountains, and unreal scenery. Great experience; I will definitely come back.

We came in and the hallway and room already smelled not only clean but really nice. Rooms were clean and homey and the staff was exceptionally nice! Even though we didn't speak Italian she tried to help with English. Overall a wonderful experience!

Site is under renovation but very pleasant stay in a nice rustic building.

The hosts are exceptional, the room and the common areas are super clean, the location near the Simplon Pass is absolutely perfect, and the food is simply outstanding.

On the road, great to have a break before Simplon pass. Staff extremely friendly, we really felt like at home! Restaurant was super, they welcomed our dog as well.

Great customer service even at late night arrival. Very welcoming hosts and neat clean property. Thank you to the gentleman at the reception breakfast who served free one albeit it was not included

Breakfast was very good and staff generally very helpful. The main staff are all family members and really have a wonderful eye for details and tried to make our experience and very enjoyable one. Slight problem at the initial start but was corrected and smooth sailing afterwards. Room size was small but comfortable enough. Facilities, especially the facial that my mother had were fabulous. Diner menu limited but adequate and the only complaint was that the veal shank was not properly cooked and had very little taste. Also the veal schnitzel was really mediocre and had no taste.
