Alfredo and his team took such wonderful care of us, even though we were only there for one night. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Dinner was lovely and Emiliano our waiter was super-attentive. The room was newly re-furbished and perfect for our needs. We would happily visit again.

A mix of everything - great shopping, restaurants and...

A mix of everything - great shopping, restaurants and culture - quick drive to lovely sand beaches or you can drive further to experience other beaches. In between Pescara and Termoli if you want to see other towns. Can also drive into the countryside quickly if you want to visit olive oil production or wineries.

Vasto is a great little beach town, with a nice mix of an interesting historical town center and a thriving beach marina. The environment does seem best for families or retirees, not a lot of thriving night life or anything like that, but if you're looking for a quiet few days in a nice beach town then I definitely recommend it

The weather was not on our side and the end of season meant...

The weather was not on our side and the end of season meant that many of the local businesses were closed or had minimal manning. That said, we had a lovely time exploring and moving between the sea and mountain villages. Would definitely come back but earlier in the year next time.

We went to a local canteen-like-restaurant by the marina, where all the locals go. I had lasagne which turned out to be fish and prawn. I was surprised but it was gorgeous. They served it cold, but you can ask them to heat it up (we found out afterwards). We were staying in Vasto town but arrived by train and mistakenly got off 2 stops further along. There are several versions of Vasto.... but we were able to get a bus to the marina... eat.. and then we got the bus again to Vasto town as it was uphill, it was hot, and we had luggage.

We loved that it was vibrant and had the authentic Italian experience as compared to some of the larger cities which are more touristy. The food was fabulous, fresh and reasonably priced at the local restaurants! The local architecture, cultural events and variety of shops along with the beaches made it a true hidden gem of the Adriatic!

Everything, this place is amazing, if you are going to Vasto, do yourself a favour and stay here, Carmencita & Antonio were fabulous, showed us the history of the place. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The place is spacious and spotless, close to the town and parking nearby if you are driving and close to the supermarket.

Location of the hotel 10/10 in the very heart of the historical center with amazing views of the sea and convenient to walk around and close to many restaurants. Very nice vibe and decor in the communal parts, and the apartment where we stayed was located in a cute little square. Good breakfast.

It is not what we would call a deluxe room! Really a standard room with small bathroom and view of apartment next door. It is 45 stairs to reach the room . It is NOT on the first floor. Free parking quite close to the centre of vasto
