Wonderful people that have heart for the guests and make you feel comfortable at all times. Great location with mountain view. Great accommodation, breakfast and welness facilities. We went here with our two kids.

I rarely have been in a similarly clean hotel of this size and for this price! The staff is awesome, the service great and the dinner menu and breakfast buffet gives you the perfect vibe for such a stay. The hotel has clearly seen some love lately! The bathroom was freshly renovated and spot on clean! My room had a little balcony to the street with a view to the mountains. I thought it might get loud at night but it didn't.

Very good pizza in the evening at the restaurant. Very creative styles of pizza. I liked it! Nice room in a quiet village in the mountains. Very good breakfast in the morning. I would like to come back here anytime

The host is super helpful. We came one day earlier by mistake and they let us stay as they had a free room. The breakfast is good, and we also had dinner in the evening which was also good and tasty.

Pleasant, clean, modern hotel, helpful staff, I appreciate the parking for motorbikes in the garage.

Great parking under cover for my motorcycle although right beside a main road and one had no idea it was there, like wise the supermarket car park to the side. First impressions were a little doubtful but once settled in proved to be an excellent choice. Very helpful and hard endworking staff. The restaurant needs special mention both for atmosphere and the food. Proved good value for cost no hesitation in recommending

We loved the indoor swimming pool and all the wellness facilities. Also breakfast was good. Lovely setting in the park and the proximity of the lake. Many opportunities for trips in the region. The trolley for the baggage is very useful - we do not see it in many hotels.

The entire staff was amazing. Location is the best possible. Parking possibilities are amazing. Our room had a balcony. Nice garden area with sitting possibilities. Just beside the lake.

This is a lovely hotel, run by a family, located in the centre of Caldonazzo. I had an amazing time there. The ladies who run the place are very attentive and friendly, they speak English and German and go above and beyond to accommodate you. This was a great stay and I recommend it to everyone.

We were offered an upgrade without extra payment, which we appreciated, as it made our stay even more comfortable. The location was perfect for us. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with the view from the balcony being absolutely beautiful. The restaurant was cosy and delicious, despite the smaller menu, the dishes were simple but more than enjoyable during our evening, and the hotel's location allows you to easily head into town if you'd like.
