The owners and people working there have been very welcoming. I had several requests and they have kindly provided me with all what I asked. Restaurant was closed during my stay but they have prepared a fix menu for the guests and the dinner was delicious! Many thanks Hotel Alber!

What’s not to like? But outstanding was the friendliness of the owners and staff, I felt welcomed and always greeted. The breakfast was something I never experienced in a hotel before- healthy, handmade, quality - perfection!

A great hotel tucked away between the apple trees with a wonderful pool which was perfect after coming back from hikes. Relaxed atmosphere, small scale to give a nice familiar feeling to it. You can order fresh bread in the afternoon which is delivered next morning, amazing. Endless opportunities for visiting nearby towns or castles, as well as cycling and trekking. A car is a must for easy travel.

- the SPA and especially the professional massages offered - the daily program (yoga, meditation, organised hikes, etc) - the big room and especially the big bathroom with extra storage - the view from the balcony and that every room had this exceptional panoram view - the food options are versatile and tasty - the calm and relaxing atmosphere in the entire house

This hotel is just amazing in every way. Everything about it is superb from the very individual rooms to a magnificent restaurant accompanied by very friendly and efficient staff. A wonderful place indeed.

The view, design and service in this hotel were absolutely magnificent. I was there for 5 days and i didn’t leave the property the entire time. Perfect place to recharge and be thankful.

Amazing location, good quality of the food and heated pools. The tropical garden is just amazing!

Tirolensis really had an All Inclusive formula that just made you forget about all the outside world problems. Truly. Everything was included: as much wine and as much soft drinks as you wanted, on top of a rich breakfast, a lunch with soup and some starters from a small buffet, a selection of cakes during the afternoon and an incredible dinner with dishes that were so carefully designed... starter, primo, secondo and dessert too. The spa was beautiful, the sauna had 3 gettate organised during the day with lovely aromas that made accessing saunas more interesting for the newbies like me. Even better, they have a heated outdoor hydromassage pool that is small/medium and it is AMAZING. I probably spent my whole stay there. They also have a cigar room and lots of board games including chess. The staff was very kind, treated us so well.

The hotel and facilities were lovely, but your staff are the real stars of the show, especially Jasmine, who looked after us for dinner and who was so warm-hearted and bubbly.

Beautiful view, superb location

Everything was great. I enjoyed the facility in the environment. The pool, the restaurant and the friendly staff. I planned to stay there for a night. but couldn't resist. So I stayed longer.

Great cuisine, very clean, comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere, stuff and owners was very kind and helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. Everything was exceptional from the excellent food, amazing saunas to very friendly staff! Trough the hotel there is organised bus to the nearby ski station. The ride is short. Regarding the hotel and service they go on and beyond for the guests!
