Breakfast was amazing, various choices of pastries,breads, jams, muesli, boiled eggs, cheese and hams, coffee machines to choose your favourite coffee, caters for lactose intolerant guests with alternative milk and yoghurt offers. Super friendly staff, smooth check in and check out and they communicated well in English Excellent value for money

It was only a very short walk from the hotel across the car park to the beach. We didn't have a sea view but we had a lovely view of the swimming pool. The breakfast was also good.

The family ride hotel is in 500 year old building. You can feel a real atmosphere of centro storico. You can drive to hotel to take out luggages. Everything is in walking distance(cathedral, pizzomuno beach,marina piccola beach,porto for motobarca tours ,scale of love), you can leave your car in carpark 10 minutes from the hotel. Wonderful top roof terrace. The stairs in hotel are steep as in old buildig.

Breakfast was good but 8:00 to 10:00. Always very busy. Hard to find a table, hard to order your coffees, everything kept running out I never saw fried eggs on buffet until last day. All servers tried their best but were all overwhelmed and start to get very rude. Location was perfect. Easy to get to beach and walk to town at night. I have never paid for chairs on a beach when hotel is as large as this. The chairs and umbrellas should have been included in the cost. The pool was great except they should have service, we would have spent much more money on cocktails and food especially if the pizza bar would have been available. Also the times the restaurant is open was ridiculous with a large hotel as this. Pizza closed between 1:00 and 7:00 or something like that. The snack bar should have a lot more items like better panini's etc. somewhere in the hotel should be ice available. The hotel cleanliness rooms and grounds were spectacular. Beautiful rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything. The soundproof windows made it great to sleep without noise at night.
