we just had the most wonderful stay at this charming and special place. The atmosphere was one of absolute tranquil quiet- its the perfect retreat. Stepping out to the breathtaking view each morning was a highlight that we will never forget. The house itself is lovely, full of authentic rustic charm. It has everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. What truly made this stay exceptional was the host, Anna she was incredibly generous, welcoming and attentive, taking such good care of us, making sure we had everything we needed. This is a very special destination, we highly recommend and cant wait to return!

Stocked with everything you need. Your own sweet little apartment. When I arrived the kitchen table had enough pastries to feed an army, placed there by Lidia- the owner. She was invaluable for tips on restaurants, bars, and getting around town. All via messaging. She reassured everyday via message to contact her if I needed anything at all or had a question. Within a 4 minute walk: Excellent fully stocked supermarket. 5 bars/restaurants. The Train Station. Within 15 minute walk: loads of restaurants, bakeries, bars, monuments, churches and small museums. The locals were all friendly and sympathetic. Vicchio is a little gem.

It was a convenient stop on our bike ride from Bologna to Florence. Easy and friendly check in. Nice walk to the town of Dicomano. Bedroom was clean. Complementary glass of wine from the host.
