Arabian Nights is a traditional Bedouin camp in the picturesque UNESCO Wadi Rum Protected Area. The camp is run by local Bedouin whose families have inhabited the area for over 300 years. I enjoyed everything about my stay at Arabian Nights at Wadi Rum desert (or, on Mars?). We arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled time and the host was helpful and facilitated our earlier transfer from Wadi Rum Resthouse to the accommodation. We spent two nights in the Deluxe Tent which I highly recommend. It has a gorgeous view of the desert, has its own bathroom, a private patio with two comfortable chairs to admire the starts at night. It feels like luxury in the desert. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, not a great variety but everything homemade and cooked nicely. We are vegan and were impressed with how tasty and healthy everything tasted! I recommend the breakfast and dinner at Arabian Nights for vegans. Last but not least, we did a full day 4 x 4 tour which we enjoyed even though it would have been nice if our guide Zizu had explained more about what we were saying or had given us information about the local Beduins and their culture. The activity does not involve standing in the car all day long as the title (full day 4x4 tour) may suggest. We hiked, walked, explored, had an amazing lunch cooked by our guide in a cave. In summary, I recommend spending at least two nights at Arabian Nights as we did and were very pleased. For us vegans, the breakfast and dinner the host offered were excellent. The day activity organised by the host enhanced our experience.

Bedouin future camp has a restaurant, shared lounge, a garden and BBQ area in Wadi Rum. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a playground. Out of all places in Jordan (and we visited a lot) this one left the biggest impression! 😍 Very friendly and helpful hosts. Host offered to pick us up and drop us off to the visitor center whenever we needed to get to our car. Spacious rooms and comfortable and clean beds, large bathroom with hot shower in the middle of the desert. I enjoyed delicious breakfast and traditional dinner that were included in the price. Amazing place to disconnect from your real life and live different adventures (camel riding, jeep tour, hiking...). This is how we managed to visit all the interesting places in the desert. Best part was drinking tea in the evening next to the fireplace and summing up all the events and thoughts of the day. We stayed 3 nights in this camp in Wadi Rum and managed to visit Aqaba from there as well.

Bedouin Stars Camp has a restaurant, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Wadi Rum. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Amazing hosts! These are the best guides in Wadi Rum (we even heard this from another camp). They are silly, hilarious and work hard to support you on whatever you want to do in Wadi Rum. They helped us haggle for a climbing guide, took us around Wadi Rum in a customized Jeep tour-- Yassir indulged our rock climbing dreams by leading us in a scramble up a narrow canyon. They also helped us acquire a Jordanian coat! The camp is a simple, small, quiet real bedoiun camp. If you want simplicity and quiet under the stars, this is the place! The location is perfect, next to beautiful rock walls that shelter the wind and sun.

Joy of Life - Wadi Rum Camp, Wadi Rum Legend camp, and Wadi Rum Quiet Village Camp are some of the popular hotels in Wadi Rum.
It‘s easy to access by your own car - mane sure to travel with Jordan Pass - it‘s less administration and well known here and everywhere. All Jordan people we meet are nice, helpful and welcoming - my 2 daughters and I feel comfortable and safe - the Beduin people are amazing and love to answer any question!
It's an incredible location to visit. There is nothing like it that I've seen anywhere else in the world. It's a huge desert with beautiful views from wherever you are. Two of the highlights were staying in a bubble hotel for one night, and doing the jeep tour before sunset. We were there for one day approximately and I would say that that is enough unless you want to go hiking in the natural reserve, then I'd recommend to stay longer. We booked a driver from Amman to take us there because it's quite hard to reach unless you rent a car. Make sure you take some food and water with you as usually only dinner and breakfast are included and there is nowhere around to buy anything, and the hotel is quite expensive.
Unearthly beautiful landscape. I've been to a fair number of wonderful places on planet Earth, but Wadi Rum was unexpectedly spectacular. So is also the road from here to the city of Aqaba, on the highway: those high mountains coming in shades of grey (sometimes close to black), red, and brown (many times in stripes), with zero vegetation and imposing make you feel strange: bewildered yet frightened. Must see these places once in a lifetime - and Petra on top of them all!
Wadi Rum is like Amazon or a Fjord, its unique in the world, if you want to see a desert like Wadi Rum you must go there, the people are so friendly and all minutes i spent there were wonderful. The bedouin experience in Wadi Rum is amazing.
The experience in Wadi Rum was the best of the whole trip. I recommend staying there for at least a week because there are so many activities and things to see. Salameh was most kind and helpful from the beginning, answering all our requests and concerns. The jeep tour was wonderful, hard to say which was the most beautiful spot because each site had its own scenic beauty and uniqueness. I think the climbing on the rocks and the view of the desert from above was one of the most striking things. The traditional food was delicious with a great choice of meat, salads, and vegetables. Getting to the campsite was not difficult at all because Salameh booked us a cab that took us from Petra directly to Wadi Rum Village, from there Salameh took us to the camp. Next time I will avoid staying there for such a short time, there are too many activities and things to do and see at least for 4/5 days
Its an excellent and must visit place for any travellers. Be ready to walk/climb a lot on your tours and dress accordingly. There are both costly/luxury camps and average camps with basic facilities. You can decide based on your budget. Anyway tours and places are same and you would travel on open 4X4 vehicle.
Wadi Rum
We were met by the friendliest and one of the funniest guys in Wadi Rum, Ahmad, who gave us a quick brief about the desert and what happens in and out of the camp. They gave us a tour of the desert with our driver Hashem, who was a free spirit and would help us out in climbing and adventuring. The person who takes care of the camp, Mohammed took very good care of us and listened to all our needs even with a small language barrier. I'm Maltese and would recommend this place to all of the country if I could. It's a 10/10 from me
Wadi Rum
Where do I begin???? Hani, the owner of the Panarama Wadi Rum camp, his brothers and his cousin where AMAZING! Super friendly, very polite, always eager to help, respectful and funny! If it wasn't for them it wouldn't have been the same! I want to go back just for them!...and the food OMG! Delicious! Bedouin zarb at its finest! even for vegetarians. The camp is very safe and close to the main attractions. The tents were spacious, clean and very jordanian. Undoubtedly, i would go back again and again.
Wadi Rum
The location, ability to do other things like a jeep tour, star gazing with an astronomer if I had chosen to, they would have arranged it. The food was also very good. The music and campfire with other guests after dinner was a nice touch. I liked that we had a porch. It's a harsh environment being out in the desert, I suppose this is an ok place for the experience of wadi rum; but I wouldn't call it 'luxury.' Sabri was a member of the staff and a great guy!
Wadi Rum
To kick off our stay, we took an all-day Jeep tour of Wadi Rum (through the camp) which was incredible. The tour included some brief hiking and rock scrabbling, lunch, and a glorious sunset. The desert is truly awe-inspiring and I feel that this tour really let us experience that. The camp itself is clean, well-facilitated, and homey. I can't speak highly enough of this place or the staff. If you're planning to visit Wadi Rum, I recommend the Wadi Rum Beduland Camp!
Wadi Rum
Incredible place with incredible people! Thank you Suleman for your outstanding hospitality! you and your team made me feel welcomed and I had a great time visiting Wadi Rum. This place is wonderful. location is great, the tents are spacious, beds are comfortable. the food is the best I have had in Jordan. the camp offers so many activities, highly recommend going on a jeep or camel tour. my stay at Sand Stars Camp is truly one of the most unique experiences of my life!
Wadi Rum
The tents were really nice. The bed was comfortable and the staff was so friendly. Mohammed is one of the best people we met in Jordan. We stayed in the lobby and smoked hookah with him and his cousins, shared stories and discovered more about the Arabic culture. Would definitely recommend anyone to check out this place. The desert tour was also super nice, Mohammed took us to the top visited spots and also shared some secret places with us.
Wadi Rum
If you're not sure which Wadi Rum camp you should choose, I'm telling you this is the one! Definitely the highlight of my stay in Jordan: the location is amazing, the facility clean and well maintained, the staff respectful and friendly, the camp feels authentic to the Bedouin culture. The vision of the place is to help you disconnect, rest and be renewed. Well, it's mission accomplished!
Wadi Rum
We had the best experience in Wadi Rum! friendly beduins, beutiful camp everything just superb, absolutely recomend Stars Camp. We also had a full day Jeep tour, our guide was just the best. Nice food and atmosphere. I liked the camp is cosy and not too big. We got great tent with a big window to the desert! Very clean and comfortable. If I would. come back to Wadi rum - I would come back here.
Wadi Rum
Rum Planet Camp was the highlight of our trip to Jordan. the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. the food was delicious and prepared on site. I thoroughly enjoyed the desert Safari ride and would go again if time had allowed. the facility was clean and the showers were hot— I would recommend the camp to anyone staying in Wadi Rum.
Wadi Rum
We loved this campsite, Haitham and the guys make you feel at home and the location is stunning!!! We just loved everything and the price was really fair! They arranged for us a jeep tour to the highest mountain in Jordan and our guide Salam was the best bedouin we could have✌️ Definitely I recommend this place to everyone comes to Wadi Rum!!!
Wadi Rum
I think the best accommodation one can imagine in a desert. We stayed for a night in a bubble tent. It was clean, tidy, with an amazing view. Staff was super nice, funny, helpful and very generous. Dinner was amazing (free btw). Hassan was a great host, very hospitable. They organized a tour upon arrival to see the sunset. Highly recommended!
Wadi Rum
First time in Jordan and had an amazing Wadi Rum trip with Wadi Rum Safari. ali is the friendliest tour guide who made us tea in the middle of nowhere so we could enjoy the gorgeous sunset. The camp food cooked in a traditional is simple yet delicious. The traditional music and singing made sitting under the stars even more majestic.
Wadi Rum
We 1000% recommend this place! It is simply amazing! :) The camp is very modern and clean while also providing an authentic bedouin experience. The views are fantastic. The owner is one of the kindest people we have met in Jordan. We stayed two nights. If you go to Wadi Rum we absolutely recommend this camp.
Wadi Rum
Great trip to Wadi Rum! We booked a jeep tour with Salem, who was a wonderful guide. The camp is one of the furthest away from Wadi Rum Village (top location) and offers amazing sunset views. We enjoyed a great and traditional Jordan meal there and had an amazing experience. The camp is very clean.
Wadi Rum
Wadi Rum is a must visit for visitors of Jordan. One of the most impressive and beautiful places on earth amidst the desert. wadi rum safari camp is a super comfortable tent-compound accommodation where each tent is a hotel like room with real luxurious beds! The view is breathtaking..
Wadi Rum
The camp is located at the heart of the Wadi rum and surrounded by the rock hills, that gives you a good chance to experience the isolation and quietness in a desert. And the campfire and the Bedouin food make the experience more enjoyable. Mr. Dahi is very helpful and kind!
Wadi Rum
Dream Camp is amazing place. People there are kind and cheerful. Food is the best we’ve had in Jordan. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The view is unbelievable, specially at night. We also met sunrise with camels and booked a Jeep tour. It was so cool!
