Staff were very attentive. I was really sick on the first day and the lady in the restaurant noticed that I could not eat much and came up to ask what happened. They cooked congee for me on the other day as breakfast that helped me a lot.I would highly recommend this hotel to others and definitely will come back again.

The food was incredible, as was every aspect of the stay. All the inn staff were exceptionally warm, thoughtful, sincere. We had incredible meals and the best sleeps- the most relaxing time in one of the most stunning parts of Japan.

Room spacious and well-equipped. The beautiful garden view was soothing and refreshing. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and polite. He tried his very best to answer our every question and helped arranging our stargazing night tour efficiently. Breakfast was good.

This place was very clean and well-organised. The location is good too, there is a little observation point near the place and we could see stars even though it was cloudy. The owner was so nice and helpful. Check in/out was smooth as well. We had a very nice stay!

Really nice place, the environement is spectacular, with the lake and sorouding. The owners very welcoming and nice. The room was very big and nice onsen to relax. Definetly a place to go back and recommend to people to stay.

Heavens sonohara is a very nice place to visit for a morning...

Heavens sonohara is a very nice place to visit for a morning hike around the area, having a good chance to see sea of clouds in the morning. Visited heavens sonohara for the stargazing, it is very good, fun and interactive, however, in my opinion, Namiai park will be another better option as it has lesser light pollution at night. Do visit Aokiya, excellent dining place that served great tasting fish that come either tempura or salt grilled, their vegetable tempura was also excellent. Aokiya is also a great place for family to bring their kids over for fishing their own fishes. Overall Achi is a nice place to visiting during cherry blossom and autumn.
