Excellent location—just a short walk from the central station and the city centre. Surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The room was small but clean and well-equipped, exactly as described on the website. The breakfast was very good, featuring a nice selection of local food

Close to the station, you wear socks on the hotel, great onsen open during the night, a smoking area, the room was spacious (at least for one person).

Great location, very comfortable room, great facilities and good service. We could leave our luggage free of charge before check in and after check out. They served free ramen or ice cream in the evening in the lobby.

Amazing hotel/hostel. Very private little rooms with curtains (female dorm is the best i ever had in my life). 5min walk from the train station. I would definty come back there.

Perfect stay in the perfect place, right next to the station. So convenient for exploration of the city, and about 2 km to the temple on foot. Nice rooms with the pillow selection if the standard one is not for you. And the price is fantastic for the quality.

A high point was the unexpectedly superb dinner, excellent food of the highest quality with great staff. Also we were able to enjoy a traditional tatami and futon room

Comfortable beds fast wifi the hotel even has an onsen yummy breakfast, buffet. Very pleasant gracious staff. There's a jolly pasta beside for food 5 min walk very relaxing to stay

Location is very near station and the staff is very friendly.

The resort is very near to most of the Ski resorts 10 to 15 mins drive with car , I walked 5 mins to somewhere nearby Reposer & the beautiful scenic view of snow mountains is right in front 👍🏼

Lovely new hotel with beautiful onsen facilities (a bonus!). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when it came to recommendations for what to do in the area (we were visiting a friend from the states and spoke very limited Japanese). Don't miss the bartender and strawberry dessert on the top floor (plus the open air onsen)!
