We stayed at the hotel while attending a friend's wedding, and for us, the location was excellent. The hotel is literally next to the port, making it incredibly convenient to reserve or purchase tickets for the various islands around Okinawa at the ticket office connected to the hotel. There are also nearby bus and monorail stops that provide easy access to the main street in Naha, although it's perfectly walkable if you prefer to explore on foot. Having a Lawson convenience store right next to the hotel was another great bonus. The amenities were excellent, with coin-operated washers, dryers, and vending machines available on every floor. Our room was exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards and offered fantastic views of the port. Everything felt modern, newly refurbished, and thoughtfully designed with a stylish maritime theme. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and we would happily stay there again.

Wonderful stay at Lacer Okinawa Naha Tomariport: we stayed as a family of three from 17 to 19 January 2026, and everything was excellent. The room has a bunk bed, and our child absolutely loved sleeping on the upper level, which turned the stay into a small adventure. The level of care in the amenities is impressive: there are body wash towels, cotton swabs, and good-quality shower gel and shampoos, which made the stay very comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, so it felt pleasant to come back to the room after a day of walking around Naha. A special highlight is the amazing projector in the room, which creates a real home-cinema feeling and adds a lot of charm to the evenings.

Great location and absolutely amazing staff. Also complementary drinks were a very nice touch after returning to the hotel from hot and humid streets. Breakfast was excellent, always something new throughout the week with some stables. Would go back any time.

The best experience I had during my Japan trip. The staff was beyond incredible, the swimming pool was great, the rooms were spacy and very comfortable... Not to mention that we could choose between breakfast and lunch everyday, which were both delicious! The cherry on top was that we could go FOR FREE to the Busena Terrace, south west of Nago, with a bus departing from Naha Terrace. We had access for the whole day to their swimming pool, private beach and other services... It was the best day we had in Okinawa. If you can afford it, this hotel is amazing!!

Good location, great service and free snack/coffee time.

The hotel was really clean and cosy. It's in a great location as it's easy to walk to the main shopping / eating districts. The staff were super friendly and helped us book taxis whenever we needed to.

When you walk in, you have machine for check in to do it by yourself so it's easier for you and for staff. Everything is relatively near by foot distance.

Since the hotel is new, absolutely everything is clean and new. The view is very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very spacious apartment, very clean, great amenities and a fabulous view from the balcony. Kids loved the wee pool. Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel with a washing machine in a great location, close to the Tomari ferry terminal and the city center. The booking process and check-in were very easy. Excellent value for the price. Highly recommended!

We had a great two night stay at Lacer. The room was spacious and clean. The bunk beds, projector, and screen were fun for the kids. The hotel is located close to Miebashi station and within a 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops in Kokusai-dori. We loved our stay!
