Loved the free access to a nearby onsen. The owners were very friendly and kind. It was a bit cold in Hitoyoshi, but they provided a few amazing warm blankets, heated carpet, and a heater. They also had an air purifier in the room. All the amenities were great! My father lives in Hitoyoshi, so I'll be using them again in the future!

Everything was in excellent condition and they provided us with awesome amenities. Pictures matched the place. Convenient stores nearby and laundry mat just a couple of blocks away to dry your clothes if needed

The interior space is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were excellent (good value). The staff was extremely friendly and warm. The location is nearby downtown area and Hitoyoshi station.
