Instal·lacions molt noves i ben cuidades, ambient càlid i familiar. El personal és molt atent i simpàtic, completament dedicats a fer-te sentir com a casa. Fan un menjar deliciós i abundant. Es pot reservar la sauna privada durant una hora (inclou una banyera d’aigua calenta i una altra exterior d’aigua freda). Ben situat, a mitja hora del telefèric de l’Asahidake. El recomano moltíssim!

La situació, enmig de la natura i a tocar de Biei. Ens va agradar l'elaboració dels esmorzars tot fet a casa i al moment i la seva varietat. A més a més vam sopar un menú sorpresa on tots els detalls estaven molt cuidats. A destacar l'amabilitat del servei i també del cuiner. I els apartaments tenen tots els detalls pensats i són molt comfortables i espaiosos
