The location is perfect - I arrived by Shinkansen and if you take the East exit, the hotel is only 10 minutes through the shopping arcade to the hotel. There's a rather large grocery store at the JR exit. The lobby is on the 2nd floor and you're always greeted with warm smiles. Impeccable and rather large rooms. Bathroom is excellent. There's amenities at the reception - I particularly loved the stronger drip coffee available to bring up to the rooms.

Good place, wonderful staff, comfortable bed, perfect amenities and the best breakfast I had in Japan! Btw the coffee which you can make in the room is actually really good, as it is similar to pour over.
