The Mt Fuji view is spectacular, one in a lifetime opportunity. The location of the property is amazing! It is in a secluded area but still accessible. Inside the property is beautiful and have everything you need, and the staff was really welcoming and respectful.

Dinner was very good, exceed my expectation. Breakfast is buffet style which I don't prefer. The view to Mt Fuji is worth the admission. Kids friendly and they have drum and magic show at night. They also have firework for kids to play as well.

Excellent service from the staff! On one night the toilet in my room got a bit clogged, and the staff (old guy) who was in charge immediately fixed it! Next day, we were waiting at the lobby while it's raining and the staff offered us umbrella to bring. They also provide free shuttle bus ride to Kawaguchiko station from 9 AM - 10 AM but you have to let them know the day before. This hotel also have onsen, make sure you give it a try when staying. For the location, closest bus stops are number 3 (near Ogino supermarket) and 5 (Kawaguchiko herb hall)
