The best hotel I have ever been to in Japan! Staffs are great, super polite, and helpful. Excellent amenities everywhere are super clean, silent, and comfy. The breakfast is delicious; it is a buffet, but the quality and freshness exceed the expectation, better than many other a la carte. They also gave treats on Valentine's Day free ramen for dinner. The onsen is gorgeous! It has an outdoor onsen, too. The room is quite big for a Japanese standard. This hotel is so good and so fair price that I changed my plans just to extend my stay one more day there.

It’s a very traditional Japanese style, startup at 1899 which has over 125 years history. The interior was revamped, we enjoy the peaceful and friendly service from the staffs. Hotel’s location is excellent, next to the entrance of the Nara Park. They also offer a traditional Japanese Mocha Tea, in a tea room as a welcome drink, we love it very much. You can request in room massage service, there are 40mins / 60mins two options. The price is reasonable.

This was one of the best stays for our honeymoon in Japan. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Everything is being thought of. Lots of amenities and we like the free drinks and snacks. The location is close to Nara station. The bath tub is the showstopper and so big! We stayed on a Tuesday so it’s pity that we could not go to the restaurant as I heard many good things.

This hotel is just perfect. It is located in a lovely area close to everything interesting in Nara. The staff is incredibly helpful and sweet, rooms and shared spaces are crispy clean and very enjoyable to use. There is a complimentary snack bar open all day, the breakfast is delicious and beautifully served. I can only recommend this place and will surely stay there again.
