Location was great. Staff very professional. We booked the barbecue for dinner - this was not cheap but it was absolutely worth it! Public baths were very good. The hotel opened in May and everything was new.

Stunning place, even though a little in the outskirts. Direct view from your room to the lake and mount Fuji. The shared bathroom is typical japanese with hot bathtub. The hosts offer an amazing dinner and traditional breakfast. Highly recommendend. Pick-up service from Lake Motosu bus stop possible.

The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.
