The room was very big for the price. Great location and great staff. The 2 men at the front desk were welcoming

Laundromat and PJ's were great, and the breakfast was excellent!

Close to the tramway, excellent breakfast, comfortable room

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable, quiet room and a fabulous breakfast and generous, warm and friendly breakfast staff. There are some tiny, exceptional restaurants a couple of blocks away. A local showed me and I was in awe!

As always, this simple hotel feels like home. Staff is amazing, super friendly... breakfast is basic, but sufficient. It's really clean and located close to the station. I would choose it again.

The bed was the BEST bed I have slept in in years. Super comfortable and perfect for the rooms environment. Had the best sleep in memory.

One of the best hotels of our Japan trip. The location is excellent—right at the edge of the town centre, with the entrance to the commercial arcade and food streets just steps away. Check-in couldn’t have been smoother, and the staff’s friendliness and professionalism are a solid 10/10. Parking available onsite was great. The onsen on the 5th floor is heaven on earth, complete with a sauna and cold baths—the feature I appreciate most in an onsen. We went to bed so relaxed and slept like babies! Thank you—we’ll definitely be staying here again on future trips to Kochi!

Fabulous location, close to the train station and very cool trams! Had a wonderful time exploring Kochi. Staff were attentive and friendly. Amazing traditional Japanese restaurant nearby serving seared bonito. What a treat!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I by mistake booked a smoking room, they helped to kill the smell immediately when I went out for dinner. Despite smell was still there, I appreciate their effort in helping me. The location is very good, just located inside a mall. But if you drive, you need to park at a nearby location only.

Very pleasant reception staff, well positioned and extremely clean

The hotel offers perfect services, the staff is very nice and helpful, parking at the hotel is very convenient. The hotel has an excellent location with an amazing view of Dogo Onsen. It also has private elevator access to the main shopping district. The room was super clean and wonderfully designed. Everything was thought out to the last detail and had a very luxurious feel, from the balcony there is a great view of Dogo Onsen and all of Matsuyama with the castle and mountains in the distance. As part of the accommodation, you can visit the onsen on the top floor with an amazing view, or you can book a private onsen. We used this option and highly recommend it, everything was prepared, perfectly clean, an amazing experience. The rooms have a selection of traditional home clothes, including shoes, sorted by size. Live piano evenings in the hall are also a bonus. The stay at the hotel was perfect, both due to the professional approach of the staff and the great atmosphere. If you want to have a great experience of your stay in Matsuyama, definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Katerina a Tobias

Very friendly staff, and nice location

Conveniently located in a quiet retro area close to Kochi Station, 7 Days Hotel Plus is a surprise for every guest. Unique interior decor, especially the glass walled breakfast area with leafy streetscape views, is refreshingly welcome and provides a calm haven for the weary tourist.

Staff member that checked me in was outstanding. A personal message to him, THANK YOU. He assisted me and directed me to my parking sport. Always attentive. He is an asset and displays what I love about Japanease people, culture, ethics and values. Thank you.

Convenient location less than 200m from JR Kochi Station. Big bed! Right next to Toyota car rental shop

Right smack in the middle of the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable beds, and the restroom/ shower were very clean. Parking is available around the corner.
