The hotel room was clean and tidy. There are leisure area with free massage chairs and a lot of reading books in Japanese. Onsen was moderate but hotel provides a lot free drinks, noodles, ice cream at different periods. More choices for breakfast. Very close to shopping area and Kochi Castle. Unexpectedly there was local market fare next to hotel during Sunday morning!😄

Fabulous location, close to the train station and very cool trams! Had a wonderful time exploring Kochi. Staff were attentive and friendly. Amazing traditional Japanese restaurant nearby serving seared bonito. What a treat!

I only stayed one night, and was unfortunately a bit sick during my trip, but the hotel was very comfortable. The room was surprisingly big with two double beds, and still a lot of floor space. Good parking facilities.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I by mistake booked a smoking room, they helped to kill the smell immediately when I went out for dinner. Despite smell was still there, I appreciate their effort in helping me. The location is very good, just located inside a mall. But if you drive, you need to park at a nearby location only.

It was very clean, good bed and excellent pillow!

The hotel has a parking that you have to book in advance (was perfect for me). The room was kind of big and the bed comfortable. If you are willing to walk a bit (10min), you can find restaurants to eat.

Great location in Kochi - especially with a car as they have a big multi storey parking lot next door. Rooms are compact but really comfortable. Super clean. Didn’t have breakfast but overall a seamless experience.

Right smack in the middle of the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable beds, and the restroom/ shower were very clean. Parking is available around the corner.

As always, this simple hotel feels like home. Staff is amazing, super friendly... breakfast is basic, but sufficient. It's really clean and located close to the station. I would choose it again.
