The hotel offers perfect services, the staff is very nice and helpful, parking at the hotel is very convenient. The hotel has an excellent location with an amazing view of Dogo Onsen. It also has private elevator access to the main shopping district. The room was super clean and wonderfully designed. Everything was thought out to the last detail and had a very luxurious feel, from the balcony there is a great view of Dogo Onsen and all of Matsuyama with the castle and mountains in the distance. As part of the accommodation, you can visit the onsen on the top floor with an amazing view, or you can book a private onsen. We used this option and highly recommend it, everything was prepared, perfectly clean, an amazing experience. The rooms have a selection of traditional home clothes, including shoes, sorted by size. Live piano evenings in the hall are also a bonus. The stay at the hotel was perfect, both due to the professional approach of the staff and the great atmosphere. If you want to have a great experience of your stay in Matsuyama, definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you Katerina a Tobias

Fabulous location, close to the train station and very cool trams! Had a wonderful time exploring Kochi. Staff were attentive and friendly. Amazing traditional Japanese restaurant nearby serving seared bonito. What a treat!

I only stayed one night, and was unfortunately a bit sick during my trip, but the hotel was very comfortable. The room was surprisingly big with two double beds, and still a lot of floor space. Good parking facilities.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I by mistake booked a smoking room, they helped to kill the smell immediately when I went out for dinner. Despite smell was still there, I appreciate their effort in helping me. The location is very good, just located inside a mall. But if you drive, you need to park at a nearby location only.

Convenient location less than 200m from JR Kochi Station. Big bed! Right next to Toyota car rental shop

Their staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I left behind some belongings in a previous hotel. They helped me calling the hotel, requesting them to send my belongings to another upcoming hotel. They also called to inform my upcoming hotel of the mailing of my package. I won't be able to communicate without their help. Much appreciated. Strongly recommend this hotel to all travellers!

The location is food . Hotel staff very nice and friendly . The bicycle really helps a lot for sightseeing around the city .

Firstly we arrived on bicycles and at a lot of places you're treated like a leper but here we were shown a safe secure spot to park our bikes just outside reception. Comfy clean room, great bath Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of local delicacies including bonito tataki Short walk to Kochi castle and Hirome markets which is brilliant

Right smack in the middle of the city. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and a convenience store nearby. Very comfortable beds, and the restroom/ shower were very clean. Parking is available around the corner.
