Search hotels in Hagi

Never been in a hotel like this before. And I liked it. First of all, the staff. They are all very kind. Second, the location. Great views! Funky design. And frankly, there are not many hotels in that area. So we were intrigued by the high rating on Booking.com at such a low price. And we found out the concept is actually quite cool - literally! You can eat whatever you feel like. There is a relatively small buffet of freshly prepared stuff. And then there is a virtually endless supply of frozen food, which you can microwave and/or grill on the spot. To boot, there is a huge selection of (alcoholic) drinks, free of charge too.

There's no words for this type of quality...

The staff were all helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make our stay really special. I asked at short notice if a small celebration cake could be added to the evening meal for my partner's birthday. It was too late to prepare that, but still they presented her with a small gift at the end of the meal, beautifully wrapped, which was so unexpected! The Japanese breakfasts were delicious and each ingredient was introduced and explained. The evening meal was wonderful, one of the best meals this month in Japan. The room with western beds and a japanese room was very comfy and clean and the onsen was perfect for a small hotel. Overall the hotel was so relaxing and we felt welcome, even though we only spoke a little Japanese. The beach in front was idyllic and the ceramic shops were great, having a chance to meet the ceramicists . The best hotel vidit so far! Thank you!

My partner and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Hagi Komachi. The staff were extremely attentive and kind, even taking the time to park our rental car and prepare it on the morning we were leaving. Our room was spacious and we had a gorgeous view of the sea. It was wonderful to visit the onsens in the evening and to relax in the lounge areas with a warm drink afterwards. Breakfast consisted of simple but delicious ingredients. Honestly I could not have asked for anything more. Thank you to all the staff who made this a very special stay.
