We loved our stay here. Location is great, an easy walk from the train station, and lots of food options around. (We loved Nonohana (ののはな), an izakaya just around the corner. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with some of the regulars - the food here is delicious and very affordable.) The hotel has an awesome natural hot spring, including an open air one, so I bathed while watching the snow fall - it was pretty magical. Then they offer free ice creams, a manga library, and free massage chairs - it doesn't get much better. The buffet breakfast was expensive but we had a lot of fun trying different dishes - this is a great way to try the famous Aomori apple if you're in a rush. We had apple juice, apple pie and apple jelly!

Had a fantastic stay at this new Hotel. The hotel lobby is accessible directly from an elevator in Aomori station. Rooms are spacious, comfy and have a modern look. The facility offers extensive wellness activities including public and private (at an extra cost) Onsen.

The nebuta art in the lobby is pretty. The staff are helpful. Check in starts earlier at 2pm compared to most places. Room is clean. The staff do daily cleaning (bathroom quick clean, change towels, make bed). Hotel breakfast is ok but pretty basic for the price. You’d have to eat a good amount of the seafood to make it worth it.

Definitely the largest room I’ve ever been in a japanese hotel. good service and good locations. Most Asian travelers so no need to worry about some unhappy things like hearing noisy sounds in midnight, and party people can’t afford this… really good place.
