The in-room cashier machine is in Japanese, and the staff may primarily speak only Japanese. Therefore, those who do not speak the language at all may find it challenging to stay here. The smell of cigarettes in the room is common. Fortunately, a powerful exhaust fan is installed in the ceiling to reduce the odour, although it's quite noisy. The fan switch is located near the bed, turning it off before bed, so you can sleep well in a quiet and peaceful place.

Really comfortable stay in a twin room, the hotel bath was lovely and the location was perfect, right by the station and not far from Kurashiki

The staff is very helpful! We actually book the same hotel in らしきし Kurashiki shi ； but accidentally went to Okayama hotel . a gentleman in reception helped a lot and assistant is to cancle the booking in Kurashiki. Great service

Modern and very well maintained. Spacious and very close to Bikan but without the noise and madness of the tourists.

Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Public bath was very relaxing and clean. Great location. If you dont want to go out for dinner, there is a microwave in the upstairs lounge area where breakfast is served where you can heat up a bento. Supermarket is very close.

This was a well located hotel close the historic centre. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back with pleasure

Excellent room, I accidentally booked a smoking room, but the room itself was clean and didn't smell of smoke. Vending machine in the hallway was convenient. Walking distance from the station, restaurants and historical quarter.

The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is great. The location is convenient, it's right on the road in front of the Kurashiki station, and closed to the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Spot Quarter.

Dormy Inn are always greta value for money. This one was extremely well located, the rooms were comfortaable, the onsen was great and the brekfasy really varied.
