Very nice and friendly staff. Very pretty design and very comfortable room. "Familie" welcome, with indoor play area for kids, but also nice bar for drinks and dinner. I highly recommend this place, with family or without family.

The tenku garden in the terrace with the sunset is wonderful. The trailers equipment is complete, cleaning is good and are facing the sea.

Room wouldn't lock, so they upgraded us immediately. Free coffee and water. All very new. Covered walkway to station, good in the rain.

The breakfast was at the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. I had the breakfast two times because I enjoyed it so much the first time. The location of the hotel was fantastic. Very convenient with the tram across the road and close to the bus stops, also close to the restaurants and shops of. Tenmonkan.

Everything. One thing to point out in particular is the location was 10/10. We loved how we were close to everything

The Hotel was nice and we appreciated the Japanese elements throughout our room. Staff were great, we enjoyed the breakfast offerings, and location was wonderful.

It is right next to the train station. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and gave me some restaurant recommendations.

The hotel has a direct connection and entrance to the station (in consequence with the shopping mall) which is very good, close to everything! Also, the staff was very helpful with out luggage (storing it before the check in and helping sending it to the next hotel). The room is spatious, the bathroom is also big, and the breafast is very good
