Super clean! Really enjoyed the cozy environment. I can easily use English in this hotel and had no problem at all in communicating.

The staff were friendly. Everywhere was really clean. The room was a decent size for 1 person. They provided toiletries and the shower was hot. The room was warm and the WiFi worked perfectly. The location was great, as it was very close to the station, restaurants, shops and not far from the castle. They have luggage storage

It was very modern, close to railway station (literally a 1 minute walk, and I loved the onsen.

Its our pit stop on the way to kyoto from Tokyo. A good clean cheap place to stay for 6 of us. Ample free parking at the back. Staff nice. Place is nice. Room comfortable. Recommended.

Cleanness, Room size, TVs in each room, microwave in the room, Sofa and coffee table, comfortable recliner, bath and toilet are separate, parking, easy self check in, The price was very cheap, so we didn’t expect it much, but we were very surprised how good and big the room was and amenities in the room. We will use this hotel again for sure!

This was such a good option, with everything you might need, and at a very reasonable rate. The free frozen meals were also a really nice touch, as there weren't too many food offerings around in the local area.

Good size clean room with adequate facilities at a good rate. Attentive and pleasant reception. Cleaned room with fresh sheets. Elevator to floor. Located 5 mins walk from Nishi Kani train station, so easy connection to famous festival in nearby town.

The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from Inuyama-yuen station, and a few minutes walk from Inuyama Castle. The staff were warm and friendly, and helped with any question I had. The gardens were beautiful.

The rooms are comfortable and equipped with a bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face/hand soap), face and body towels, clothes hangers, yukata, a kettle with free tea, and a mini-fridge. I really enjoyed the bath on 1F though I was sad it wasn’t open past midnight (open 16:00-24:00 + 6:30-9:00, equipped with same conditioner, shampoo, body wash, face/hand soap, plus lotion, lockers don’t require coins). The breakfast (6:30-9:00, last refill 8:30) was also fantastic with a great variety of food and drinks.
