When I reached out regarding the room decorations and preparation for the surprise, her responses were prompt, reassuring, and professional. The email confirming that "everything was ready" gave me such peace of mind, allowing me to focus entirely on the moment. When we entered the room, the setup was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere of the hotel made this life-changing event even more magical. It truly felt like a five-star experience in every aspect—from the stunning Urakuen Garden views to the impeccable service of every staff member we encountered. The beds were so comfortable, there was a pillow bar (where you could choose your own pillow), ice machine, very well priced breakfast buffet, pyjamas and all the amenities you could hope for, even an ice cream freezer. Microwaves available to use, our triple room fit our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly. Everywhere was really clean. The room was a decent size for 1 person. They provided toiletries and the shower was hot. The room was warm and the WiFi worked perfectly.
