This Hotel has the best view of of the Kushiro town. It was very relaxing and quiet and peaceful place. Staff at the hotel will go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing stay. Facilities and Rooms are good and comfortable. Room and Bathroom was really clean. I booked Japanese style room which had small cute garden in the balcony and it was great experience. there was shampoo, pillow and aroma bar which you can select. it was great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was simply great. Great value given the location (few steps away from the JR station), level of cleanliness, and complimentary buffet-style breakfast. Rooms were quiet, with a small fridge and a kettle, private bathroom, fresh towels, heating, toothbrushes, slippers, pajamas etc. Wifi worked well and the elevators were quick.

Bed was super comfortable. Extra pillows available on every floor. And the complimentary bath salts are always so much fun. Free coffee in the daytime and in the evening there was also juice and to my surprise, some Japanese sake available in the lobby. It's also just one block away from Jazz Spot B-flat and 5 min from Jazz & Soul Kitchen Hot Sauce.
