We had a very friendly and exceptionally helpful reception upon arrival by the owners of the property. The retreat hotel is very nice and comfortable, especially also the integrated sauna. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. We very also got great support for sightseeing at Mount Fuji and to take the train to our next destination.

Very comfortable, friendly staff, amazing bath/shower, clean facilities, great and simple breakfast, nice location. Get to breakfast early!! Was very popular and even a bit crowded towards the end of breakfast time. Staff was very accommodating.

The man at the front desk went above and beyond. I was tired from travel and locked myself out of my room and also left my phone downstairs. He came through each time in a friendly and kind manner. Loved the pillow here and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice breakfast buffet too, filled with classic Japanese food
