Absolutely great hotel with very clean Onsen and amazing breakfast.

Clean facilities and really amazing onsen. Very helpful staff.

The service and amenities are superb. We were given bath salts and we can borrow hair styling tools. The hotel staff also helped us with luggage transfer.

Breakfast was great, room was clean, bed was comfortable, open air bath on the top of the building with look on night city lights while it rains was breath taking. The Hotel and Kanazawa took a special place in my memory, best day of my 14 day trip in Japan!

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Every detail was exceptional, from the high level of service at check-in, complimentary drinks in the room, the cleanliness, luxurious and tasteful decor, all through to the extensive breakfast selection of top quality choices. The location itself is was perfectly located to visit all the main sites, we were able to do so on foot without using any public transport. The hotel also has a complimentary shuttle for Kanazawa station.

The front desk staffs are excellent, Mr T.Wada, , Miss Shimada, Mr Ikeda, and Mr Shogo are all very helpful and friendly, the most I like of this hotel is the service that the front desk provided.

It is conveniently located. Next to Omicho Market and within walking distance of the Kanazawa Castle ruins.

Room, staff and hotel vibe are fantastic. Everything is clean, beautiful and works well. This is not a overstuffed, frilly showy place, but a serene minimalist haven of quiet competence and quality. Breakfast was a work of art. An exceptional breakfast bento including some outstanding Kanazawa local delicacies. Location is excellent. Very near the Kanazawa loop bus stop, so you can access all likely destinations in the city for 500 yen a day. Plus the hotel is directly across the road from Omicho markets. Some of the best seafood in Japan.

Everything was clean, the room spacious and with modern design. The staff was super helpful and nice!

Very hip and cozy lobby/music bar. Extremely accommodating staff, Haruki and Mayumi helped us plot our sight seeing and local food itineraries. Hanging at the music bar at the end of the day was a treat.
