I stayed in a traditional Japanese house, and it was a wonderful experience! The house was very clean, quiet, and peaceful. The hosts were kind and helpful—they spoke fluent English and were incredibly hospitable and friendly. I loved the tatami floors and sliding doors; it felt like authentic Japanese culture. Their breakfast was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the rice fields in Wazuka. Highly recommended!

This was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. Yukie and Kevin are exceptional hosts that went above and beyond to make this a really memorable stay. Together with their lovely cats they really make it feel like you're at home. They drove us from and to the train station, provided interesting trip ideas and even gave a caligraphy lesson. The breakfasts were amazing and each dinner was full of great food and laughter. The futon beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. Thanks once again for an amazing stay, we wish we could have stayed longer.

The best hotel I have ever been to in Japan! Staffs are great, super polite, and helpful. Excellent amenities everywhere are super clean, silent, and comfy. The breakfast is delicious; it is a buffet, but the quality and freshness exceed the expectation, better than many other a la carte. They also gave treats on Valentine's Day free ramen for dinner. The onsen is gorgeous! It has an outdoor onsen, too. The room is quite big for a Japanese standard. This hotel is so good and so fair price that I changed my plans just to extend my stay one more day there.

The Nara Visitor Center and Inn is located in the heart of Nara, just a 3-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple and Naramachi.

A very short walk to the station. Has everything we need. Clean, spacious, easy check in. Shower strong, with a bath too. Starbucks just around the corner. Had lovely breakfast in a place nearby
