Very kind service, the waiter knows Chinese which offer us big help not matter the ticket and food recommendation. They even send out lost item with express after we checked out and enjoy travel in Tokyo

The public bath and the free ice cream and yakult were what we enjoyed most and not forgetting the free noodles.

Had a lovely stay in Mishima. Hotel was affordable and had a nice view from tenth floor. Loved built in air conditioning, radio and clock. Would recommend if you are planning a stay in Mishima.

Great location close to the station. Showers were clean and although they were shared, they afforded a decent amount of privacy. The room was comfortable even with our large luggage. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and we even extended our stay an extra night.

I am impressed by how the hotel pays attention to small details and the room is thoughtfully designed to offer maximum convenience to its occupant. Location is superb with the train station within a 2min walk, with easy access to restaurants, convenience store and bus to Mishima skywalk.

It's worth to try staying. All facility werr very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I'll come back there if I have a chance to visit Mishima

The hotel is extremely close to Mishima JR Station, and there are several restaurants and bars around it. It is a good spot for you to take buses to other touristic locations in the region. The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of Japanese side dishes for you to have with rice and also several "ocidental" options.

The facilities were good, the establishment was very clean and well signposted. The staff were the highlight! They were incredibly respectful, kind and personable. The whole establishment has a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere. The staff were happy to answer any and all of my questions or just have a chat. They foster an environment that encourages connection with everyone there, including other guests. I highly recommend this hostel, not just for value but for the wonderful people you will meet there. Perfect for solo travelers or anyone that likes to make friends anywhere they go.

Spacious modern room with seating area. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. View of Fuji if weather is good. Well appointed bathroom. Yes sink is outside the bathroom but that’s a non-issue. Kettle with complimentary tea and coffee provided. Water replenished daily. Lovely bath amenities provided (facial wash, serum, lotion). Pyjamas and slippers and plentiful towels provided. Access to rooftop thermal pools. Located right at the train station.

Location is great, right beside Mishima station. Hotel was very nice and staff was excellent.

Staff, very helpful and courteous. Onsen w. sauna really nice, 4 onsens indoors/outdoors combined w. different water temperature. Nice dinner and breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious. It's traditional Japanese style, and the staff even asks what you like in order to accommodate other types of food. The location was great. Deep in the mountains with views of Mt. Fuji within walking distance. The hot springs were also great and well-maintained.

Quite and beautiful area. Can view Mount Fuji from the hotel.

It was connected to the conference venue that I had to attend. It is also very close to the JR station. Everything was fine for me on this occasion.

The property is cosy and the hotel staff is one of the best I seen in Japan in terms of their attitude and service. Even they are not able to speak very fluent English, they tried their best to accommodate us and used their mobile to translate their information to us. Their manager Yoshihiro Inada is very professional and good in his service. The breakfast is homely and delicious too. I will rebook this hotel if I visit Shizuoka again.

Big comfortable rooms, with a small fridge, microwave and a kettle. Scrupulously clean. Staff were lovely. Very reasonably priced. You will need a car or taxi- it’s about 15min drive from main station.
