Almost every aspect of this Onsen Ryokan exceeded my expectation. The room is very spacious and I was glad that I updated it to the one with Massage Chair! It is godsend! Me and my friend spent ages taking turns to sit on the massage chair. It's so relaxing after a full day of touring. Dinner and breakfast was magnificent! So many varieties of local produce served on our table and the staff members are very attentive and polite. 100% recommend to spend at least one night here if you travel pass Ogami.

I made the mistake of reserving the accommodation for the wrong day, but the staff was extremely helpful and changed the dates for free at the last second. Would highly recommend staying here, everyone was so nice!

It has a huge and free parking lot. The room was spacious compared to other options in the Shinjo city area. The hotel is right in front of the convenience store and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent.

The good size western room and its private Onsen are the ones I like most. The hotel staff are very helpful and very considerate. Either shuttle service or asking help for taxi, they satisfied my requests quickly with smile. There are staff who speaks English and Chinese at the front desk. Thank them for the help.

Well located near the Ginza Onsen area . It’s a 10 mi it drive by taxi or public transport. The room has everything you need from amenities to basic kitchen supplies , kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge and washing mashing . Super specious room can accommodate a large family . Private toilet and shower with amenities cold/hot water and SUPER CLEAN. Confortable beds , a/c and air purifier. So basically you get it all for a good price . Host is amazing . They are they for you with super fast communication and support . Smooth check in process with friendly staff who shows you around and provides you with all details about the property . You are provided with supplies for next day brakefast and they even pamper you with a delicious ice cream on arrival . They place is a KEEPER. You just need to plan property your time table if you wanna move around with public transport since it’s limited in the area . The breakfast and dinner were amazing - not only was the food good, there was A LOT of food, and the staff was very friendly. The ryokan is in a good location to access other attractions (by car). Having a soak in the onsen was a good way to end the day.
