With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

I loved the location, in Moiyama Station. I loved the staff. I wanted to live here! There is a good fitness center on 3rd floor, a bit expensive but worth it. This is an outstanding value, looking forward to being in Moriyama and staying again.

It was just an in-between destination stopover but it was a comfortable hotel with a very nice onsen facility and good laundry amenities. There is a good restaurant in front of the hotel. The carpark was spacious! The staff was excellent - my friend had left her Apple Airpods in the room at this hotel, and when she realized it we were already in Nara. The hotel staff at Kusatsu Ritto Route Inn arranged for the airpods to be sent to us in Nara without any charge. We are very grateful for your service and kindness! Thank you so much please keep up the excellent work that you do.
