Everything about this place is amazing, so unexpected theme in Japan. Food was amazing, onsen it was great. It was just all good.

EVERTHING! The staff is young and VERY accommodating! There are enough activities to keep you entertained. We are 78 years old but we played air rifles in the forest. We went sledding down a hill. We made a bamboo lantern. We picked strawberries, sweet potatoes and carrots from a farm. They were conscientious about safety by providing gloves and shoe protection .we chose to stay in a tent but bathroom facilities were great. This was the best part of our trip.

Great converted old buildings, some of which are in great locations. We were overlooking the canal with all the merchant houses. Large Japanese style breakfast with many courses, free fully stocked mini bar. Late check out.

The room was nice and clean with the bathroom having all the needed amenities. The mattresses were hard but incredibly comfortable. A small but very well stocked convenience store is located on ground floor. The shuttle busses to/from airport runs with Japanese efficiency and of course - the service is impeccable.

The location itself wasn’t the best as it is close to the airport but it is convenient to get there using their shuttle bus and it is close to rental car facilities, the price is very affordable and the breakfast is ok . The staff is incredibly friendly
