The staff it's friendly and it's close to the station. The have an amenities bar which is more convenient to use in my case.

A nice hotel near Sapporo station - everything is as described in the offer - room was clean and quite spacious - staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but it is the same every day. Generally I recommend this place to everybody.

New hotel with great amenities, close to the north exit of the Sapporo station. Very helpful and friendly staff. They helped with a critical translation when my confirmed flight was cancelled by the airline.

Good luggage storage service, 8 mins walk from the Sapporo station. They also provide pajamas. Room is not very big but enough for two people. Quite.

It was very near to the Sapporo JR station which made it easier (and cheaper) to travel to other tourist spots. There was an underground shopping area/way to the Odori park which can protect you during the summer from heat, and winter from cold. A bit a lot of walking, but you’ll never realize you are already there.

The desk staff were particularly helpful, room was fine and good breakfast to start the day.
