It was raining when we reached Saiki and luckily the hotel was only a short walk away. There are 2 wings to the hotel and when we entered via the restaurant wing, we were impressed with the luxury and space.... only to be told to head over to the other wing to check into our rooms. We opted for a japanese tatami styled room for family of 5. The beds were all laid out for us when we arrived. The room was clean and the "wash" area was huge. There was a cubilcle for toilet, a room for shower and an open space for the sink.

Recently renovated. Very clean and spacious. Large kitchen, good dining area, comfortable 2 seater couch. The audio system was good to use with blue tooth. Beds were fine. Excellent information package. We were happy with the overall set-up.

Ai is very welcoming and friendly, showed me around and helped me with arrangements and scheduling. She is very helpful and the place is right in the middle of old town, walking distance to many sights. The place is as advertised, modern in old house, and clean. Bed is comfortable, and place is peaceful. Breakfast is wholesome local meal. I had wonderful time.
