The breakfast buffet offered a range of different breakfast and lunch dishes each day. The breads and pastries were fresh and sized perfectly. We enjoyed the bright, modern dining area.

What Guests Said About Shimo-tsuma:

Scored out of 10, guest rating 10

One of the tyres of my rental car was broken.

One of the tyres of my rental car was broken. I needed to contact the car rental company to resolve the problem. The hotel front desk staff tried to contact the car rental company. It took around 20 minutes for her to contact the car rental company to arrange towing. Without her help, it is difficult to communicate clearly with the car rental company staff. My wife and I appreciate her effort and her kindness. Thank you, and wish her all the best.
