The hotel is super new, it looked and felt so luxurious. This was not something I was accustomed to with ski hotels. The facilities were amazing too. The onsen was so beautiful, especially the outdoor one. It was perfect after a long day on the slopes. And not to mention only a 2 minute walk to the ski lifts.

Absolutely everything was perfect. The loveliest hosts, Rika and Gareth, who were supportive, personable and friendly throughout. The food was absolutely delicious! We even shared an amazing Christmas dinner together with the hosts and other guests. The location and facilities were perfect. The hosts are by far the warmest, most supportive and caring hosts we have ever experienced and they will do absolutely everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable, happy and instantly feel at home. Whether that be helping with organization and logistics, helping with travel drops, huge efforts to provide the best service: genuine smiles and conversations and sincere interest in you as visitors to their home. The owner is really thoughtful and nice, they even made a handmade map showing the visitors some recommended place to go and restaurants nearby, and the type of food of those restaurants also! The room is ultra clean and comfortable, though the heartfully made breakfast is not in Japanese style but in western, the quality is really really great!! I'll definitely return to this inn for sure!
