Japanese style bedroom and living room. The owner is amazingly kind and helpful. We didn’t acquire our rental car due to international drivers license issues. We had to get here by train, which takes long and is very inconvenient. She picked us up from the train station and even used her day off the next day to show us around 3 amazing attractions. We are very thankful and would stay here again.

Wonderful location- stayed 3 days and loved it! The river, sauna and barbecue and those amazing night skies were highlights. It’s in the middle of nature, some insects are normal.

The property is spacious. We travelled with 3 adults and 3 children. We have a lot of space to relax. When we were there, there was a big earthquake in Niigata. Although the property was not within the warning zone, we checked the closest tsunamis shelter. It is just at the back of the property and it takes a 7 yro boy 48 secs to run to the shelter. There is a large supermarket for local people. We bought high-quality sashimi, A5 wagu beef and alcohol for dinner. There is an ocean-facing public Onsen in 2mins drive! It only costs you a few hundred yen for an adult and half price for a child. Don’t forget to grab the towels from the property when you go.
