The location is very good. It is very convenient to take the city train. There is a beautiful way to walk to the lake.. The breakfast is good. It tastes like homemade meal. Good

Very convenient location and had very good room quality.

Great location. Quiet rooms, even with the exterior construction. Friendly staff.

Very Huge!! Good for family Good Communication as well

Easy to find and there is a carpark opposite the hotel where you can park your car easily. 5-10 minutes walk to the city center. Rooms are simple and clean

I really liked the location, the staff and most of all, Kumamoto. Super comfortable. Kudos to the team: they were all great.

This is a good location conveniently placed next to local transportation. The room was comfortable and quiet. We took advantage of the paid breakfast buffet and the free public bath onsen. Both were great and worth the money and time spent.

Facility was old but renovated but still needs more modern facilities.

Beautiful property, staff was kind and welcoming. The welcome drinks and free breakfast was amazing! Thank you!

Friendly reception lady , clean rooms and yummy breakfast

Wonderful hotel right by a bustling shopping district. Not only are you greeted with a display of Kumamon as you walk up to the lobby, but the staff is super helpful and courteous. They not only provided my clearly overheated self with cooling items such as wipes and shampoos, but also offered me delightful bath salts! The room was so spacious and super comfortable. Also there's a microwave at every floor so even though my feet were killing me, I could easily heat up the food I bought next door at the corner store. Honestly, it was probably one of my fav hotels of my trip!

- Clean and big room. - Walkable distance to Kumamoto castle. - Located near shopping center.

The parking space is free . No need to worry. The hotel is clean and superb. 10/10

Quiet neighbourhood with a great view; also, affordable and close to the station. I enjoyed the view of the riverside.

飯店前面就是輕軌跟機場巴士的站點，步行就能到商圈&熊本城 即使飯店外面架鷹架在整修，房間內睡覺都不會被打擾到

I thought I was booking a regular hotel room, but instead I got a whole experience of the hotel concept reinvented. The rooms, hallways and reception were intensely decorated with an exotic feel, and amenities were intensely well thought out. They don’t seem to get many foreigners, but they were well prepared to answer questions in English.

Extremely well sound-proofed and the beds were amazing. Bus and tram right in front of the hotel.

A nice hotel, close to the train station with good facilities. They serve free curry meals too in the evening.

Central located but not noisy. Simple breakfast included.
