We had a fantastic stay at Uno Hotel during our visit to Naoshima, the art island. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal, which made everything very convenient. The traditional Japanese rooms were truly special. Beautifully designed, spacious, and full of character, they added to the overall experience. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were outstanding. Easily the best English we encountered during our trip, and always helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a highlight. We chose the traditional Japanese option, which was beautifully presented and delicious. It also included five different juices, a nice touch that stood out. We did not have time to use the onsen next to the hotel, even though it was included in the rate. It is a great extra for anyone staying longer. While not the cheapest hotel of our trip, it was probably the highest in quality. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Naoshima

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is located uphill so you get an amazing view from your room balcony. Everything was decorated in a very stylish way and gave a wonderful atmosphere to the whole hotel. We also had dinner in the hotel which was one of our best meals in Japan! Very clean, the stuff was great - highly recommended.

The location is great, 7min walk from Uno port. The room has everything we need, very practical, functional and clean. The minimal decoration is very pleasant. They offer 2 options for breakfast between Japanese and International style. Of course we chose Japanese and the fish was great.
